Both rows have to be pushed from the left, right? I just can't get the cow to the other row after pushing the first. Please a tip ??? ???

Q gleich runter und schiebt die Bullen. Geht selbst hoch, 2 leer, bl-links, 11 leer, hoch, links, Bulle, runter, bl-runter.
Q am Rand rechts .....
