How come I can't see this level/this level has been removed?

Can somebody tell me where the blue arrows should be

6 leer, blau links, hinter der Kuh blau runter.
8. Spalte von rechts, 7. Zeile von unten: blau hoch. Darüber ebenfalls blau hoch. Darüber 1 leer, blau rechts, 3 leer, blau runter...

Thank you Betty I had them right, but went up after placing the third block on the right
